Burj Al Arab

This is the most expensive luxury hotel on the list, and it is well deserved. This is an absolute unique hotel which is evident from the moment you approach it, as it is fashioned in the form of a sail rising a thousand feet in the sky. During the nights the hotel is lit up in different colours. The sense of luxury and fluence is varied well into the interiors as well, the atrium being surrounded on either side by towering golden pillars. The many suites available feature elaborate staircase made of marble or gold. Beds within suites are positioned on pedestals to enable guests to rotate 360 degrees to view the whole of the city. The Burj Al Arab is 15km from Downtown Dubai, however does feature attractions in close proximity, such as the Wild Wadi Waterpark and the Madinat Jumeirah. 

One&Only The Palm Dubai

This is located in the western portion of the palm. It is a boutique hotel which is ideal for those who value beauty and charm, but also peace and quiet. This luxury 5 star hotel is located close to Burj Al Arab, seen from the beach. It is within 10 minutes of walking distance to Madinat Jumeirah which is one of the most famous shopping malls. The 26 storey building was built in 1997 and designed to look like breaking waves. The design is sleek and charming.
